Authorities in Oklahoma won't pursue charges against Osage Nation and local police officers who were involved in a fatal tasering incident at one of the tribe's casinos.

Terry Price, 41, was at the Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino in Tulsa in February when he was struck with a stun gun. The cause of death was determined to be "sudden cardiac death associated with acute phencyclidine intoxication (PCP) and an enlarged heart," according to a press release that was posted by The Osage News.

"The District Attorney of Osage County determined the actions of the law enforcement personnel were appropriate and not considered to have contributed to Terry Price’s death," the press release stated.

Price had been banned from the tribe's casinos prior to the incident.
