The Oneida County, New York, Health Department has delayed a hearing on alleged smoking violations at the Oneida Nation's casino.
The county says the casino violates the ban on smoking in public places. Although the casino doesn't sit on trust land, the tribe says it can't be cited as a sovereignty nation.
The hearing was to take place today but will take place June 7 instead.
