Rev. Tom Grey, the executive director of the National Coalition Against Expansion of Gambling, is coming to Grand Forks to speak against the Turtle Mountain Band's proposed off-reservation casino.
Grey is opposed to all forms of gambling. He previously went to Grand Forks to oppose video gaming machines.
The Turtle Mountain Band operates a casino on its reservation. Other tribes in the state and in the region oppose the Grand Forks casino.
