The Seminole Nation could be eyeing a site in downtown Oklahoma Casino for a casino but Chief Enoch Kelly Haney says the idea is "far-fetched."
A representative of the tribe has inquired about buying the Downtown Airpark, The Oklahoman reports. The defunct airpark has been in receivership and owes $1.5 million to creditors.
Haney says the idea was brought to the tribe by an outsider.
