The financial controller for the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians' casino in California was arrested on Thursday on allegations he embezzling $489,000 from the tribe.
Paul Del Vacchio, 39, who is not a tribal member, is to be charged with embezzlement and grand theft. He was arrested by Riverside County authorities.
The Pechanga Gaming Commission said it was investigating.
