The Menominee Nation's proposed off-reservation casino will go before voters in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, this November.
The tribe is seeking approval to convert a racetrack into a Class III facility. The tribe says the $808 million casino complex will create more than 3,000 jobs.
The Kenosha County Board voted 15-12 to put the proposal on the ballot. Voters previously rejected gaming in 1998.
