The Oneida Nation of New York is finishing construction on the second phase of a $308 million casino expansion project.
The tribe is adding a 19-story hotel, a 5,000-seat performing arts center and a two-story, glass winter garden to the Turning Stone Resort and Casino.
The work will be done by September.
The tribe already added two golf courses, a luxury lodge and more gaming space. The last phase is a stand-alone spa near the lodge.
