Hualapai Tribe to meet with Skywalk partner after court ruling

The Hualapai Tribe of Arizona is set to meet with the developer of the Grand Canyon Skywalk this week to discuss their ongoing dispute.

The tribe has said developer David Jin hasn't lived up to an agreement to run the popular attraction. Jin says the tribe has passed an eminent domain resolution and is trying to kick him out of the business.

Jin filed a lawsuit in federal court but Judge David Campbell ruled that he must exhaust his tribal remedies. The two parties will meet and report to tribal court, The Kingman Daily Miner reported.
